Run the business from Claude or ChatGPT
Connect Clean Bin System to the AI assistant you already use, then ask in plain words: who’s on tomorrow’s route, who has a failed card, skip the Hendersons this week. It answers from your back office, and nothing reaches a customer until you say yes.
Who’s on tomorrow’s route?
Thursday has 31 stops. Sam has 18 in Culver City, and Jordan has 13 in Palms.
Two cards failed this week: Ana Ruiz ($32) and Lee Park ($64).
Skip the Hendersons this week. They’re on vacation.
Done. Dana Henderson’s cleaning on Thursday is skipped and won’t be charged. Her next one is November 13.
Rain is slowing us down. Text everyone on today’s route that we’re about an hour behind.
Here’s what would go out. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
Rain is slowing us down today, so we’re running about an hour behind. Thanks for your patience!
Send it?
Yes, send it.
Sent to 18 customers.
Ask about anything in the back office
The assistant reads the same records you see: today’s routes, each customer’s plan, cleanings and payments, failed cards, leads, requests, plans, zones and days off. Ask the way you’d ask your office manager.
- “Who’s on tomorrow’s route?”
- “Who has a failed card, and when is it tried again?”
- “When is Maria Lopez’s next cleaning?”
- “Which leads stopped halfway through signing up?”
- “How’s this month going?”
Small changes, just by asking
Day-to-day changes happen as soon as you ask, through the same steps as the back office. None of them contacts the customer, and each is easy to undo.
- Skip a cleaning, put it back, or move it to another day
- Pause a plan until a date, or end the pause early
- Add a note, pinned for the technician at the stop
- Add a holiday or a shutdown to the calendar
Nothing reaches a customer without your yes
Anything that texts or emails customers or moves money takes two steps. The assistant shows exactly what will happen first: who gets it, the message, the amount. It only goes ahead after you say yes, and if something changed in the meantime, it stops and shows you the new version.
- Texts and emails to one customer or a whole zone
- Refunds, account credit and cancellations
- Price changes, with the notice customers get
- Moving a cleaning and telling the customer
- Messages go out as plain text, exactly as you approved them
Everyone connects as themselves
Each person signs in with their own Clean Bin System login and gets what their role allows. Owners and office managers get the back office; technicians who connect see only their own route. Anyone can connect it read-only.
- Owners and office managers: look-ups and changes
- Technicians: their own stops, gate codes and notes
- Read-only connections that can’t change anything
- Every change in the history, like “Jordan via Claude”
Connected in a couple of minutes
In Settings, under Claude and ChatGPT, copy your connection address. Add it to Claude as a custom connector or to ChatGPT as an app, sign in with your Clean Bin System login, and choose whether it can make changes.
- One address for your whole business
- Sign in with your own login, no keys to copy
- See who’s connected and disconnect anyone in Settings
- Works the same with any assistant that supports MCP
Claude & ChatGPT
The details
- Works with
- Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that connect to MCP servers
- How it connects
- An MCP server with its own sign-in (OAuth); your login decides what it sees
- Who can connect

- Right away
- Skip, move or restore a cleaning; pause or resume a plan; notes; holidays and shutdowns
- After your yes
- Texts, emails, announcements, refunds, credits, cancellations, price changes
- History
- Every change shows who asked and which assistant made it
- Price
- Included on every plan
When you ask about customers, your assistant’s company (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT) receives what the assistant reads, under your account with them.
Adding your own connections can need a paid plan or a setting turned on in the assistant.
